Gideons International 

Our church supports the ministry of the Gideons to represent us as missionaries whose sole purpose is to win the lost through providing them the Word of God. We support them by prayer, encouraging membership and providing financial support for the printing of Bibles distributed in our local community as well as in foreign countries.

The Gideons International is the result of a meeting between two men who wished to band commercial travelers together for evangelism. What began in 1908 as an Association of Christian businessmen placing Bibles in hotel rooms has evolved into an expanding mission to provide Scriptures to all people in nearly every facet of life. Today, we have taken more than 2 billion Scriptures in more than 95 languages to 200 countries, territories, and possessions across the globe.

Adult & Teen Challenge - Tennessee Valley

With over 20 years in this ministry, Adult & Teen Challenge continues to be a one year Christ centered residential program for men 18 and older that have life controlling problems. Settled in a small rural community, we believes in the recreation of a person through the power of Jesus Christ. Our strict, but holistic approach to helping those individuals has been proven for many years. It is truly through the power of Jesus Christ. If you are ready for that change, contact our center.  Adult & Teen Challenge also offer a two night a week non-residential Christ centered program called Lifeline in eight surrounding counties. Our non-residential Lifeline ministry makes us very unique as we see this as being the future of ATC ministries.
